Non-Delivery of Product:
If you do not receive your key due to a technical issue or email delivery failure (e.g., spam filtering), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Invalid or Defective Product Key:
If the game key you receive is invalid, already used, or doesn’t activate due to our error, we will either provide a replacement key or issue a full refund. Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of the error) may be required.
Product Key Not as Described:
If the delivered key does not match the description on the product page (e.g., wrong region, wrong platform), you may request a refund or replacement.

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
Product Key Already Delivered and Working:
Once a valid key has been delivered and used (or confirmed to be working), it cannot be returned or refunded.
Change of Mind:
We cannot refund purchases made in error or due to a change of mind after delivery.
Compatibility Issues:
It is your responsibility to check system compatibility before purchasing. Refunds are not issued for incompatibility with your hardware or operating system.
Exceeded Request Period:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.
